The Regal Hongkong Hotel has developed a spectacular buffet for Easter using green foods such as granny smith apple panacotta and pea-puree. In addition to this fun 'green' family brunch, there are activities such as an egg-hunt and face painting to occupy kids.
The theme is healthy living and acting for the planet.
While luxury brands are increasingly expected to become sustainable, such a buffet-theme is a great idea. It integrates (and shapes?!) the ecological behaviour of the whole family. The children will definitely remember their green Easter (and perhaps be more eco-friendly as they grow up).Plus they are encouraged to display and foster their creativity through these activities.
This is a great way of integrating luxury, with an event, and making it sustainable and educational!
